4 Simple Steps
1) Each tenant pays £150 deposit to secure the property.
2) Each tenant completes and returns the tenant application form.
3) Each tenant completes and returns the guarantor agreement.
4) We arrange a time to go through the lease. Every tenant must be present at this meeting. We jointly sign the agreement and arrange a date to move you in.
