Having been students we realise how important it is to have somewhere clean, safe and close to your friends to live. We have lived in many different student houses, some good, some awful with Rigsby style landlords (you may need to ask your parents who Rigsby is !). We bought our first student property in 2003. Our aim back then was to provide high quality accommodation and a non pushy service. So far so good. Our tenants liked our houses and our approach. We have since added a few more homes and we hope to continue to grow in the coming years. All of our student properties are registered with the University Accommodation service and conform to the latest safety standards. We are also accredited within Liverpool City Councils CLASS scheme which proves we take high standards seriously. We aim to provide a great service and a cool place to live, close to University and sometimes more importantly shops, bars and cafes.
